JICA Certificate

Md. Giasuddin, Proprietor of International Procurement and Logistics Services (IPLS), successfully conducted a twelve-day Upazila Development Facilitator’s Procurement Training Course. The curriculum was comprehensive, focusing on essential national procurement regulations and systems for Procuring Entity (PE) users. Specifically, the training covered the Public Procurement Act (PPA-2006), the Public Procurement Rules (PPR-2008), and practical usage of the National e-Government Procurement (e-GP) Portal.
