Title: Neuro-Developmental Disability Protection Trust.

Executing agency: Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh

Project period: 2019-2021

Objectives: The objectives of the trust are to cater services to protect the rights of the Persons with Disabilities across the country.

Activity: IPLS Executive Director had taken the overall charge of the procurement management for the Neuro-Developmental Disability Protection Trust (NDDPT).

Outcome: The project significantly contributed to strengthening the procurement processes of the Neuro-Developmental Disability Protection Trust (NDDPT). By taking overall charge of procurement management, implementing effective procurement policies, and overseeing the procurement team, the project ensured efficient and transparent procurement practices. This resulted in improved quality and timeliness of procurement, reduced costs, and enhanced support for the organization’s mission of protecting the rights of persons with disabilities.
