Title: Safety Net Systems for the Poorest Project.

Activity: IPLS Executive Director has provided support to the Project Management Unit (PMU) on all aspects of procurement, funded by the World Bank.

Achievement: Procured goods and services worth US$14 million by the end of the service tenure. The packages included: Vehicles, MIS hardware (servers, routers, computers), Air conditioners, public information campaign materials, MIS development, implementation, and training firms, HR performance management system firms, Safety net (process monitoring and spot checks), Individual consultants (Financial Management Specialist, System Engineer, etc.).
