The publications of the procurement manual, modules, procurement guidelines and developing and customizing Bidding Documents of GoB/ CPTU/ BPPA, The World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNFPA, The British Council and the training modules for procurement in the Department of Live Stock Services (DLS), GoB, EPI of DGHS have been exercised greatly by the Executive Director of IPLS.
